Entry Fee
Early entries - N$ 300 per team (entry before 15th September 2026)
Late entries - N$ 400 per team (entry from 16th September until 15th October 2026)
Primary Schools - one complimentary team entry per primary school.

Team rules and format
Katutura 21km Team Relay
- Team consists of 5 runners
- Each runner completes one 4,2km leg
- Total team distance: 21 km
- Minimum 2 female runners per team
- Runner order may be decided freely by each team
- Each team must provide its own creative relay baton
- Costumes and batons must remain safe and non obstructive for all participants
- Two categories: Corporate Teams, Open/Sports Teams
Katutura Primary Schools Team Relay
- One complimentary team entry per primary school
- Team consist of 5 scholars
- Each scholar completes 300m
- Total team distance 1500 meter
- Minimum 2 female runners per team
- Runner order may be decided freely by each team
- Each team must provide its own relay baton
- Each team must run in school colours, sports uniforms or matching shirts
Special awards
Best team spirit award - most creative outfit and relay baton receives a N$ 1000 voucher
Largest team award - organisation with the most registered runners receives a N$ 1000 voucher

All teams can collect their start numbers at Moses van der Byl primary school on:

Participants must collect their race packs during this time to ensure a smooth race morning.
Race packs will only be issued upon presentation of valid ID or proof of payment with ID from team captain
